Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Review project progress and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or relevant certification is a plus
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region
