• Planning & Scheduling: Creating project timelines, setting goals, and managing budgets.
• Site Management: Supervising day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and laborers on-site.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all work meets building codes and safety regulations.
• Budgeting & Procurement: Managing costs and coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Communication: Reporting progress to stakeholders and coordinating with architects and engineers
