Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 20 years of experience to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of construction processes, and mandatory approval from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Manage risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including PAHW requirements
• Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers and site staff

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management
• Mandatory approval from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• PMP certification is an advantage
