نبحث عن مدير مصنع للأعمال الخشبية ومشرف مواقع يتمتع بخبرة قوية في إدارة الإنتاج والإشراف الميداني، ويتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة. هذا الدور المزدوج يتطلب قيادة فعّالة، مهارات تنظيمية عالية، وخبرة تقنية في عمليات النجارة والأثاث، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على إدارة التنفيذ في مواقع المشاريع وضمان رضا العملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسيةإدارة المصنع

• الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج اليومية بما يشمل القطع، التجميع، التشطيب، وضبط الجودة.
• قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق العمل داخل المصنع لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
• إعداد ومتابعة جداول الإنتاج لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
• الحفاظ على معايير الجودة وتطبيق مبادئ التحسين المستمر.
• إدارة شراء المواد الخام والمخزون وتقليل نسبة الهدر.
• ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الإشراف على المواقع

• تنسيق عمليات تسليم وتركيب وتجميع منتجات المصنع في مواقع المشاريع.
• الإشراف على فرق العمل في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والجداول الزمنية ومعايير السلامة.
• التواصل المباشر مع العملاء والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة باللغة العربية (وبالإنجليزية عند الحاجة).
• متابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع وحل المشكلات وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
• ضمان جودة التنفيذ ورضا العملاء في جميع مراحل المشروع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة الصناعية، الهندسة، العمارة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
• خبرة مثبتة في النجارة أو تصنيع الأثاث.
• خبرة قوية في الإشراف على المواقع أو إدارة المشاريع.
• إجادة اللغة العربية (شرط أساسي)، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
• معرفة جيدة بالآلات والأدوات وتقنيات التركيب الخاصة بالأعمال الخشبية.
• مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية واتصالية ممتازة.
• القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.

Job Description: Woodworking Factory Manager & Site Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Woodworking Factory Manager & Site Supervisor fluent in Arabic to oversee production operations in our woodworking facility and manage on-site project execution. This dual role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in woodworking, and excellent coordination skills to ensure seamless delivery from factory to site.

Key ResponsibilitiesFactory Management

• Supervise daily woodworking production, including cutting, assembling, finishing, and quality control.
• Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to achieve production targets.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee raw material procurement, inventory management, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Site Supervision

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and assembly of woodworking products at project sites.
• Supervise site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, communicating effectively in Arabic (and English when required).
• Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues, and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction during site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong background in site supervision or project management.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and installation techniques.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD500.000 - KD800.000 per month
