The Strategic Objective

Located on the prominent Ahmed Al-Jaber Street in the Sharq District, IPS Project Technology is seeking an IT Project Manager to orchestrate our high-value digital initiatives. This is a role for a meticulous strategist who understands that successful project delivery is the intersection of technical feasibility and business value. You will be responsible for the end-to-end governance of diverse IT portfolios, ensuring that our projects in the heart of Kuwait City are delivered on time, within scope, and above expectation.

Project DNA & Focus Areas

• Lifecycle Governance: Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and resource planning to execution and final closure, adhering to international PMO standards (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between technical engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders, translating complex technical roadblocks into actionable business decisions.
• Risk & Mitigation Strategy: Proactively identify project dependencies and potential bottlenecks, implementing rigorous mitigation plans to protect project timelines in the Sharq hub.
• Resource & Budgetary Oversight: Manage cross-functional project teams and external vendors, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strict adherence to the KWD 2.1k-targeted project budgets.

Professional Profile

• Experience Horizon: 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically managing multi-layered digital transformations or infrastructure deployments in the GCC.
• Methodology Mastery: Deep proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; expert knowledge of project tracking tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Linguistic Precision: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is mandatory for high-level reporting and international collaboration.
• Asynchronous Briefing: Proficiency in using Loom to provide weekly "Executive Summary" video updates and milestone walkthroughs for distributed project boards.
