Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple engineering programs and digital initiatives
• Define program strategy, execution roadmap, and technical governance frameworks
• Manage cross-functional teams including software engineers, architects, and product managers
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions and platform releases
• Align engineering execution with business and product strategy
• Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance tracking systems
• Drive Agile transformation and engineering best practices across teams
• Oversee risk management, resource planning, and budget allocation
• Collaborate with senior leadership on digital transformation initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering, IT program management, or technical leadership
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Engineering Manager, Program Director, Head of Engineering, or similar)
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and large-scale software delivery
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of modern software architecture and enterprise systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engineering programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation or consulting environments
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development
• Experience working in GCC or international markets
• PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications
