Construction Manager

Minimum 8+ years of Roads & Infrastructure experience

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee road and infrastructure construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, subcontractors, resources, schedules, safety, and quality standards while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all road construction activities including:
• Asphalt paving
• Earthworks
• Utilities
• Drainage systems
• Road markings
• Concrete works
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, method statements, and work procedures.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Control project costs and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical and operational support.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved construction methods and HSE policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in road and infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Road construction methods
• Asphalt and concrete works
• Utilities and drainage systems
• UAE construction standards and regulations
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in:
• MS Office
• Primavera P6
• AutoCAD
• Project management software
• UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
