Construction Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities on site.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality targets.
• Prepare regular progress and cost reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction management (UAE experience MUST).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in managing building or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and construction procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
