Construction Manager

* at least 10-15 years of UAE experience , High rise or Mid rise tower .

*prefer to have a Sharjah Construction experience

• Scheduling & Planning: Creating the project timeline, establishing baseline budgets, and procuring necessary materials and equipment.
• Site Management: Supervising day-to-day operations, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting logistical or personnel issues in real-time.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing strict health and safety standards on the job site and securing all required permits and legal approvals.
• Contractor Coordination: Hiring and managing subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring their work meets architectural specifications.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Providing regular updates on project status, managing risks, and coordinating with architects and engineers.
