Construction Manager (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to join our contracting team and lead construction projects from initiation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil construction activities on-site.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and labor resources effectively.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates for management.
• Resolve any technical or site-related issues to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a contracting company.
• Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale civil projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control practices.
