Construction Manager engineer – Infrastructure (Roads and Utilities) (1 No.)

• Project located in Dubai.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Experience: 10-15 years.
• Experience in RTA projects and familiar with authorities’ regulations and requirements in Dubai.
• Responsible for the execution of earthworks, site levelling, grading, backfilling, and road works.
• Experience in the installation of various infrastructure utility networks, including sewer, stormwater, potable water, irrigation, chilled water, and related works.
• Experience in road construction works, including subgrade preparation, sub-base and base course installation, asphalt paving, interlock, kerbstone, and related works, as well as coordination of final road finishing levels with utility networks, crossing, protection, road marking, signage etc.
• Capable of supervising and ensuring quality control during testing and commissioning of infrastructure networks.
• Strong technical skills to prepare method statements, review and coordinate drawings, respond to consultant comments, and authorize technical clarifications related to site activities.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for site inspections and approvals.
• Develop work programs and monitor site productivity to ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources, achieving optimal performance and timely completion of works, plan required materials, manpower, and equipment for efficient site execution.
• Ability to manage multiple site teams and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure milestone and phase completion dates are achieved.
• Ensure implementation of HSE policies and compliance with RTA, DM, and DEWA safety requirements and regulation.
• Experience in contract administration, variation assessment, and progress reporting is an advantage.
• DM and RTA approvals are an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
