Job Role

• Required relevant experience in handling EPC Projects procurement & Sub Contracts.
• Preparation of procurement strategies and procurement planning.
• Coordination between Management, Procurement Lead, subordinate and project Team.
• Required Sound knowledge of Sub contracts and its terms.
• Team handling, requirement Tracking, MIS, vendor database maintenance.
• Floating the enquiries to vendors, calling quotation and preparation of CS.
• Obtaining approval from Management to place the Purchase/Work Orders.
• Preparation of Purchase/Work Order based on approved terms sheet.
• Contractors Identification, New Vendor Development, Forecast Price and Market trends, Rate Analysis, Tracking supplier payments with finance/ account team
