Construction Planning Engineer

• Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and progress using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Analyze project delays or resource issues and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting variances between planned and actual performance.
• Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in project planning within the construction industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, Plan Swift, MS Excel, and report preparation.
• Knowledge: Understanding of construction sequencing, BOQs, and project cost control.
• Plus Point: Experience of working with NESPAK projects will be a plus point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
