Qualification / Experience:
Essential:
- B.Tech Hons / BS Technology (Civil) (16 Years Education) from HEC recognized institute with 8 years of relevant experience of working with some reputed local/foreign construction firm.
 OR
- DAE(Civil Engineering) with 15 years of relevant experience.
Desirable:
- Retired personnel from engineering organizations in the field of Const of Building and roads especially from
FWO, Engr NLC, MES, NHA. NLC, CWO, DW&CE and Housing Dteetcwith requisite experience are also eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation / vetting of Taking off sheets , BOQs and Engineer estimates.
- Preparation / vetting of rates analysis, VOs, DOs.
- Preparation & Tech check of payments.
- Conducting on-site measurement of works and reconciliation with approved drawings and tech specification.
- Ensuring compliance with contract clauses, cost control measures and monitoring of financial aspects.
- Maintain the step wise record of each case.
- Ensuring strict adherence to professional standards, accuracy and institutional codes.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Quantity Survey Software.
- Thorough knowledge of FIDIC and PEC regulation.

- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
