Job Summary

Mustafa Developers is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of proven experience in the construction and real estate sector. The role involves cost estimation, BOQs, and project cost management to ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct rate analysis and evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor and control project costs during execution.
• Verify site measurements, material usage, and contractor bills.
• Prepare progress reports, cost variations, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for cost control and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
