Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
• Manage budgets and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Evaluate and verify subcontractor quotations, bids, and claims.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for MEP systems.
• Track changes to the design and construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure work aligns with contracts and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for efficient cost control.
• Prepare monthly valuations, progress claims, and final accounts for MEP packages.
• Assist in tendering processes, including documentation, evaluation, and negotiation.
• Monitor and manage variations, change orders, and value engineering proposals.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal regulations, and company policies.
• Provide detailed cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to management.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for smooth execution of contracts.
• Support dispute resolution processes with accurate records and cost breakdowns.
• Ensure all MEP work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
