Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for projects.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor quotations, and assist in bid negotiations.
• Monitor project costs, prepare interim valuations, and certify progress payments.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and variations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety standards.
• Prepare final accounts and reports upon project completion.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project changes and adjust cost projections accordingly.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize resources and reduce costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
