Industry: Industrial Real Estate & Logistics Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial real estate projects. These include warehousing facilities across cold chain, chemical storage, general cargo, fulfilment centres, and container care facilities with automation elements .

This role requires a strong project manager with technical expertise, commercial acumen, and proven stakeholder management skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead all phases of projects from concept to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Technical Oversight: Provide expertise across civil, structural, electrical, and MEP systems. Review, audit, and approve contractor works.
• Contractor Coordination: Manage turnkey contractors and multiple subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution.
• Commercial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and negotiate with vendors for best outcomes.
• Reporting: Deliver clear project progress updates, dashboards, and documentation for leadership.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure regulatory adherence, conduct inspections, and enforce corrective measures.
• Innovation: Integrate automation and modern logistics technologies into facility builds.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 7–10 years in construction project management (industrial real estate or logistics facilities).
• Regional Background: Experience in India and/or the UAE is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil works, electrical systems, MEP, and cold chain infrastructure.
• Commercial Skills: Proven expertise in budget control and contractor negotiations.
• Tools: MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Certifications (preferred): PE and/or PMP.
