Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead hospitality-focused construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial construction and a strong background in hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial/hospitality sectors
• Proven track record of delivering hotel, resort, or hospitality projects on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling tools, and contract management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
• PMP or equivalent certification (a plus)
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality construction projects from concept to completion
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and owners to ensure project alignment with vision and goals
• Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
• Lead project meetings, provide updates, and report to senior leadership
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out packages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
