Construction Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all regulations. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams, stakeholders, and resources efficiently.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare construction estimates and budgets while managing costs effectively.
• Facilitate communication among team members through effective project coordination.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction efforts.

Skills

• Landscape Construction experience, not just construction. Irrigation, grading, low voltage lighting, Plant ID, and retaining wall experience a plus!
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of contracts related to construction projects.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,507.62 - $100,321.00 per year
