What You Will Do:

Manage projects:
Lead end-to-end renovation and furnishing projects for high-value residential properties.

Coordinate teams:
Supervise contractors, workers, and suppliers on-site.

Control timelines:
Plan schedules and ensure work is completed on time and to specification.

Monitor quality:
Ensure workmanship meets agreed standards and design requirements.

Control budgets:
Track costs, variations, and procurement throughout the project lifecycle.

Resolve issues:
Identify risks and solve site-related and technical challenges.
-
Report progress:
Provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
Who We Are Looking For:
This role suits a highly responsible and hands-on Project Manager who can work independently and take full ownership of complex renovation projects.

Education:
Construction-related degree or technical qualification.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years in construction or fit-out project environments.
-
Role background:
Previous experience as an engineer or project manager.

Industry knowledge:
Strong understanding of renovation, finishing, and furnishing works.

Business skills:
Business education is an advantage.

Language:
Russian is a strong advantage; English is required.

Mobility:
Own car required for regular site visits.

Personal traits:
Autonomous, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
