Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initial planning through completion. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects including pre-construction, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
• Oversee design-build and general contracting processes
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and safety regulations
• Monitor job site progress and proactively resolve issues
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship
• Administer change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Support sustainable building practices and LEED project requirements when applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or institutional construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Experience with design-build projects is highly desirable
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, ProjectSight, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
