Construction Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will support budget control, cost analysis, and contractual obligations across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Monitor project expenditures and control budgets.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Assess variations, claims, and change orders to ensure fair compensation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
