Construction Sales Engineer (Civil)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 + AED 500 Car Allowance
Monthly Sales Target: AED 85,000 – AED 100,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Construction Sales Engineer (Civil) with UAE experience to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new projects for block masonry and plaster works, managing client relationships, supervising projects, and ensuring payment collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new construction projects in block masonry and plaster works.
• Visit contractors, developers, consultants, and construction sites to generate leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of AED 85,000 – AED 100,000.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Supervise projects from start to completion to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with site teams and management during project progress.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection as per agreed terms.
• Maintain long-term relationships with contractors and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in construction sales.
• Experience with block work and plastering works is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
