Construction Sales Head – Kochi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and guide the sales team for optimum performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets within the construction industry.
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 6+ years of proven sales experience in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-value projects and large accounts.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
