Construction Site Engineer with Grey & Finishing Works Experience in Islamabad

We are looking for a full-time experienced construction site engineer / supervisor for our company in F-8 Islamabad. We need someone who has experience in:

a. Civil Structural Works (Grey Structures)

b. Civil Finishing Works

c. Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. His expertise must include high detail civil and structural works including finishing work. He must also have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), false ceilings, carpentry, corian, paint, glass, steel works, and other related works.

2. Experience in renovation of bank branches and corporates offices will be preferred.

3. He should have knowledge of procedures and SOP for construction of a house and commercial building or plaza. Furthermore he should be familiar with bylaws.

4. Estimate and prepare material requirement for projects.

5. Have eye for detail. Must be able to monitor progress and quality of finish and all jobs.

6. Be able to manage technicians, labour and helpers, and should be able to get the work done on time strictly on schedule.

7. Ensure the material to be used strictly as per design requirement, and no material is wasted or used extra than the paid item.

8. Be able to understand drawings and execute work according to the drawing. Additionally must be able to make daily site reports.

9. HE/SHE SHOULD be able to use estimation softwares, excel, msword, autocad & relevant, and the internet.

Should preferably have experience in working on plazas, house construction, and commercial building projects before. His experience should include maintenance and repair as well as renovation of buildings. We will ask to see portfolio and proof of projects done before.

Must have good knowledge of brands, materials and should be hardworking & willing to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

-DAE or Btech with at least 8-10 years experience

-Well versed in Autocad & equivalent, MS word, MS excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
