Duties and Responsibilities of a Construction Site Foreman include:
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel
- Supervising the use of machinery and equipment on site, ensuring that they are used safely and correctly
- Ensuring that all safety precautions are adhered to and that all workers are following safety guidelines.
- Monitoring the progress of the construction project and making sure that it is on schedule
- Managing construction crew, subcontractors, and other laborers on site
- Resolving on-site issues and conflicts
- Inspecting the quality of work done, making sure that it meets the project standards
- Reporting on progress to managers, engineers etc.
- Organizing and maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in working order
- Training and mentoring construction workers and construction laborers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as construction foreman.
- With 5 Years Working Experience.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Problem-solving abilities
