Construction Site Supervisor - Paid Internship

MY Construction is offering 6-month internship opportunities for Civil Engineering / Construction Management students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience at active construction sites. Interns will be stationed directly on projects, supporting supervisors, documenting progress, and learning professional construction practices aligned with safety and quality standards.

This role requires mobility, discipline, and strong communication, as interns will be responsible for daily documentation and weekly task completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily site logs and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Capture and organize site photos for documentation.
• Assist in safety checks, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
• Track material deliveries and maintain simple usage records.
• Stay in daily contact with supervisors and project managers via WhatsApp.
• Learn to interpret construction drawings, by-laws, and site procedures.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• Own motorcycle with valid license (mandatory for site travel).
• Active WhatsApp user for daily updates and coordination.
• Basic skills in MS Office / Google Docs & Sheets.
• Knowledge of construction basics, safety standards, and DHA Lahore by-laws preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn, document, and adapt quickly.
• Good communication skills in Urdu & English.

Internship Terms & Benefits

• Duration: 6 months.
• Stipend Structure:
• Monthly stipend of PKR 20,000.
• Weekly Assignments: Completion of weekly site tasks and assignments is mandatory. Failure to complete tasks without valid reason will result in immediate termination of internship.
• Certification: Internship completion certificate from MY Construction.
• Career Growth: High-performing interns may be offered Site Supervisor positions upon completion.

Working Conditions

• Site-based role in Lahore and outstation projects.
• May require extended hours, weekends, or public holidays based on project schedules.
• Daily reporting and coordination via WhatsApp.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
