Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent in South Florida. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, managing construction safety protocols, organizing tasks and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent will also coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ability to work overnight is required.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills
• Strong Organization skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
