Location: DHA City, Karachi (Site-based, full-time)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and review work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure quality control and timely execution of work.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Report progress and site status directly to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in managing building construction projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to reside on-site (company accommodation will be provided).
