Control Room Site Manager

• Lead and manage all civil and MEP construction activities for the control center and associated infrastructure.
• Oversee and coordinate all subsystems integration, including Automation systems, Telecom, Electrical, and Control Systems.
• Supervise and guide the entire site team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Manage all interfaces and coordination with:
• Site execution teams
• Testing & Commissioning (T&C) teams
• Procurement and logistics
• Warehouse and material control
• Quality assurance and control
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Site security teams
• Ensure proper sequencing, interface alignment, and integration of all technical systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure performance, compliance, and accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct regular safety audits.
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and issue site progress reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
• Oversee and support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of all systems and infrastructure.
• Manage the client handover process, including documentation, punch list clearance, and final acceptance.
• Coordinate and verify site-related invoicing, ensuring alignment with progress and contractual milestones.
• Manage the relationship with client and ensure alignment on technical and operational matters.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on-site and escalate critical matters as needed.

Pay: From Rs300,000.00 per month
