Construction Superintendent

The ideal candidate needs to be San Antonio based, and able to finish a project in Dallas, due to the client having a project under construction. My client has been operating in San Antonio for over 100 years and have a ground up and Special projects division. They run projects upto 15MM+ and have cemented relationships with developers on the private side.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction site
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Qualifications + Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in new construction as a General Contracting site superintendent, with a clean background
• Can Travel but after that will be assigned projects in San Antonio.
• Ideally built a project as a lead and can pivot to buildouts if needed,

Compensation

115-120 Base

Truck allowance + Gas card
