Construction Supervisor

*E-Lite is urgently looking for Construction Supervisor. *

*Location: Karachi – Super Highway Near Sabzi Mandi*

*Job Description*

• Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and report findings to management with recommended solutions.
• Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety briefings or toolbox talks.
• Resolve on-site operational challenges and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Issue materials based on approved requisitions and update inventory records promptly.
• Track daily material consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule timely deliveries and verify compliance with purchase orders.
• Maintain all documentation including delivery notes, stock registers, and material receipt reports.

*Requirements and Skills: *

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor and/or Store Keeper in the construction industry.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel; knowledge of inventory software is an advantage).
• Intermediate or Diploma in Construction, or a related field.
• Salary Package: Competitive, based on experience.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced site environment.
