Project Manager – Beach & Resort Project (Hubco Power Plant)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the Beach & Resort Project at Hubco Power Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering the project within the defined cost, time, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, site management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution for the Beach & Resort development.

• Supervise on-site teams including engineers, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
• Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of all project activities.
• Implement cost control, time management, and quality control measures.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to Head Office on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage material procurement, labor deployment, and resource allocation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards at the site.
• Handle site-related documentation, approvals, and inspections.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE (Civil Engineering preferred)
• 10–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in hospitality, resort, real estate, or high-end development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, labor & material rates, and site management.
• Hands-on experience in cost, time, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience working on coastal, resort, or beachfront projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
