Construction Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including Tile setting, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision.
• Perform general labor tasks such as demo, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
