Construction Worker

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring Construction Workers for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role involves assisting skilled workers, handling construction materials, and supporting daily site activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers on-site
• Carry, load, and unload construction materials and tools
• Perform site cleaning, excavation assistance, and general labor work
• Mix concrete, mortar, and other construction materials as instructed
• Follow site safety rules, PPE usage, and supervisor instructions
• Support construction activities to meet project timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site
• Perform repetitive physical tasks and work outdoors

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor construction site environment
• Physically demanding work
• Long working hours as per project requirements
• Hot weather conditions

Requirements:

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual work
• Willingness to work long hours and overtime if required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid passport required
