Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for overseas roles.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants.
- Coordinate documentation, visa, and compliance processes.
- Build partnerships with global employers, universities, and agencies.
- Stay updated with international hiring trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business/related field).
- 0–5 years recruitment experience (overseas preferred).
- Strong communication & networking skills.
- Knowledge of visa/work permit processes a plus.
