Junior Consultant - Recruitment

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Sales, or Marketing (preferred but not essential)
• Fresh graduates welcome. (O/A Levels background preferred)
• Ideally 2 years of international recruitment experience OR proven track record in sales/marketing with international clients
• Strong telephone manner and professional demeanor
• History of achieving/exceeding sales targets & earning commissions
• Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Experience:

• Recruitment experience is an advantage
• Exposure to international markets (USA, UK, Australia, or other English-speaking countries)
• Bright, confident, and determined personality with excellent interpersonal skills
