We're hiring: Talent & HR Consultant
At
Carrier HR
, we work closely with founders, leadership teams, and growing organizations to help them build the right structures, roles, and teams — not just fill positions.
We are now looking for a
Talent & HR Consultant
who is grounded in recruitment as a craft, understands the dynamics of consultancy work, and is comfortable operating on the client side with ownership and judgment.
This role sits at the intersection of
talent advisory and HR consulting
, with recruitment as the core capability.
What you will do
-
Lead
end-to-end recruitment processes
, primarily for mid to senior-level roles
-
Act as a
trusted advisor
to clients throughout hiring and HR-related projects
-
Translate business needs into clear role definitions and talent strategies
-
Conduct structured candidate interviews and deliver insight-driven shortlists
-
Manage client communication: expectations, timelines, feedback, and decisions
-
Contribute to
talent mapping, organizational assessments, and role design
-
Support broader
HR advisory projects
(organizational structure, growth phases, people strategy, culture-related work)
-
Represent Carrier HR with a
consultant mindset
, not a transactional recruiter approach
What we are looking for
-
Demonstrated, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the confidence to own searches independently
-
Background in
consulting, recruitment consultancy, or advisory environments
-
Comfortable working directly with
clients, founders, and senior stakeholders
-
Ability to ask the right questions and challenge when needed — constructively
-
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented in execution
-
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to balance multiple projects without losing quality
-
Fluency in English is a strong plus
What this role is not
-
Not a purely operational HR role
-
Not a high-volume, speed-only recruitment position
-
Not a back-office function
This role is for someone who wants to
own client relationships
, think beyond CVs, and contribute to meaningful people decisions.
Why Carrier HR
-
Exposure to diverse clients, industries, and leadership styles
-
A consultancy environment where
judgment and quality matter more than volume
-
Space to grow across both
talent advisory and HR consulting
-
Direct interaction with decision-makers, not layers of hierarchy
-
A compensation structure that includes
revenue sharing
, reflecting contribution, ownership, and long-term collaboration
