Basic Function- Execute Spot Buy requests for IT and Non-IT requirements with a focus on cost savings.

• Liaison with Business Stakeholder, Vendor Risk Assessment, Enterprise Architecture Group, Vendor and Legal team
• Working with Software and Hardware maintenance team/ Fixed Asset Team
• Supplier status verification and Negotiation
• Contract review, processing and management
• Report review and MIS Reporting – Knowledge of Apptus CLM, Service Now, Docusign
• Reporting
• Coaching and mentoring of associates
• Performing Quality Checks
• Maintaining process documents
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs
