Consultant | APS - o9 | Bengaluru | Supply Chain & Network Operations

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, IBP, and other o9 modules.

Design functional solutions and configure o9 applications to support business processes.

Support data integration between o9 and client ERP/APS systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.).

Build, validate, and optimize planning models, master data, and workflows within o9.

Perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and provide hypercare support post go-live.

Lead workshops, provide training, and develop documentation for business users.

Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and recommend best practices for supply chain digital transformation.

Collaborate with technical teams for data modeling, ETL, and reporting within o9.

Ensure project delivery milestones are met while maintaining high quality.
