We are looking for Oracle Cloud Functional Testing Consultant possessing experience in functions of Human Capital Management. Having Functional understanding of the set up and the product functionality out of the box. Role will require the candidate to work independently to design and execute test script. Selected candidates should understand various kinds of patch updates from Oracle and the importance of testing the features for clients.
Position Requirements
- Should have 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in at least 3-4 functions of Oracle Cloud HCM. Functional modules like; US payroll/ Benefits/ Absence/ Compensation/ Core HR/ Talent/ ORC/OLC.
- Must understand the HCM processes for the functional areas.
- Must understand software testing life cycle. Must understand various types of testing methodologies.
- Must have experience in using any automated testing tool. Knowledge in using Opkey test
- This role is for Managed Support clients in our organization. Ability to handle tickets independently and consult clients on their problems will be an advantage.
- Having experience with OTBI & SQL will be an added advantage.
- Awareness of redwood screens are an advantage.

- Fluency in English, s trong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.

- Holding certifications will be an added advantage.
