Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Siemens Opcenter MOM Developer to design, configure, and implement MES functionalities tailored for discrete manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Opcenter Execution Discrete, integration with ERP/PLM systems, and a strong understanding of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter MOM platform (Execution Discrete, Quality, APS, etc.).

Customize user interfaces, business logic, and workflows according to production requirements.

Create and manage manufacturing master data: materials, routings, operations, and equipment.

Build and maintain integrations with external systems such as SAP, PLM, SCADA, and HMI via REST APIs, OPC UA, or web services.

Write and maintain technical documentation including configuration specs, test cases, and deployment plans.

Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT for MES implementations.

Troubleshoot and resolve MES system issues in collaboration with support teams.

Follow coding standards, version control, and best practices for MES development and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3–6 years of total IT experience with 2+ years working specifically with Siemens Opcenter MOM.

Proficient in JavaScript, C#/.NET, SQL, XML, and Opcenter scripting APIs.

Familiar with ISA-95 models and discrete manufacturing operations.

Experience with MES-ERP integration, especially with SAP (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, etc.).

Good understanding of MES workflows: order management, routing, traceability, work instructions, and quality data collection.

Exposure to Agile development and version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications:

Siemens Opcenter product training or certifications.

Domain experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or industrial machinery.

Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, TIA Portal, or Opcenter RD&L is a plus.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization tools is an advantage.
