Our company is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Consultant in Family Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall health improvement. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions affecting patients of all ages
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs and preferences
• Educate patients about preventive health measures and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Family Medicine is required
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical Family Medicine role
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across a range of health issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
• Proficient in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with medical advancements
