As a pool human resources consultant, provides operational and administrative support, and assists on projects as needed. Provides expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, may focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness and workforce performance. Human Resources Consultant may assist with developing strategic HR initiatives and/or HR metrics analysis, implementing comprehensive talent management programs, and ensuring legal compliance across HR activities.
