Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing daily HR functions, supporting leadership, and ensuring a positive employee experience. The HR Generalist will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Maintain and update HR records, systems, and personnel files
• Support payroll and benefits administration in partnership with external providers
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist with performance reviews and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and team-building activities
• Provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office Suite
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
