Role Overview:
The essential functions of this role include formulating, interpreting, compiling, and disseminating policies and procedures related to the program to applicable agencies and groups; serving as a liaison between the agency and other state and federal agencies; reviewing and analyzing the entirety of the Prequalification Application to ensure it is complete and contains all pertinent information for the review process; assisting the consultant community with any questions related to the Prequalification process and troubleshooting issues within the application; and demonstrating strong customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

This position is located in INDOT’s Central Office.
Salary:
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $47,320.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
