Job Purpose


The Property Services Consultant is responsible for managing property-related requests, ensuring timely responses, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with internal stakeholders. This role serves as the focal point for property services queries, oversees lease payment schedules, and ensures compliance with established systems and procedures.


Additionally, the consultant will manage and maintain all processes related to the Ejar platform, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation of lease agreements.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure compliance with Ejar platform requirements and manage all related processes effect ively.
  • Respond promptly to work requests and follow up as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Attend or delegate site visits to accurately identify work requirements.
  • Comply with and propose improvements to existing systems, procedures, and work practices.
  • Prepare and execute approved monthly lease payment schedules.
  • Act as the primary contact point for Property Services queries for all McDonald’s – RICC staff.
  • Keep clients informed regarding the status of requested repairs and provide anticipated completion dates.
  • Assist in managing departmental administration, ensuring accurate records and secure data storage.
  • Participate in meetings as required and report to management on developments and progress.
  • Manage the department database to ensure data integrity and accessibility.


Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of experienc e with Ejar p latform and lease management processes.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in property services or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and compliance standards.
