Consultant - Real Estate Lawyer (1 year FTC)

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate lawyer for a 1 year fixed term project to go on assignment with our client to:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across real estate matters
• Lead legal support for major project transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts
• Collaborate with external counsel and act as the primary internal liaison
• Provide legal analysis and guidance on project-related queries
• Advise on environmental law, planning, corporate structuring, investment management, and disputes where applicable

Requirements

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate law, with proven experience managing large-scale and complex real estate transactions
• Excellent academics and top tier private practice training and preferably some relevant in-house or prior secondment experience
• Resident in the UAE
