Key Responsibilities

  • FSM & HRT Techno functional domain expert to provide inputs/ guidelines for highly complex or High Priority cases.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to guide and collaborate with customers
  • Able to provide inputs on improving efficiency of customer's Business process.
  • Work on Developing Accelerators for Product usability for better customer experience
  • Identify and eliminate the redundant steps/ processes by using Automation / Jobs.
  • Drive continuous improvement & opportunities for application performance & customer experience
  • Mentor & groom team members to enable them for customer success.
  • Groom and develop new team for emergency or planned deployment

Job Description

The Senior Principal ERP Consultant is responsible for leading complex ERP implementation projects and providing strategic guidance to clients to ensure successful ERP system deployment. This senior role involves managing high-profile client relationships, overseeing large-scale projects, and driving process optimization across various business functions. The Principal ERP Consultant also provides thought leadership and mentors junior consultants, contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Lead and manage complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and project goals
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ERP solutions
  • Oversee ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet client-specific needs
  • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards
  • Advise clients on ERP best practices and strategies to enhance system performance and optimize business processes
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project success
  • Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on complex project tasks and career development

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience leading ERP implementation projects and managing large-scale client engagements
  • ERP systems and business processes experience across areas such as finance, HR, or supply chain
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutions
  • Experience with system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Experience in business process optimization and providing strategic ERP advisory services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions
  • Experience with advanced integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, EDI)
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Certifications in ERP systems or project management
  • Industry-specific ERP implementation and best practices experience
